Mission: It is our desire to create a new awareness about Education, Enrichment Workshops and Career Coaching! As a Team of Professionals we work together to bridge the gap by offering a broad range of hands on workshops from education, business, fashion, acting to modeling, self esteem, poise, etiquette, consulting, anger/behavioral management, life skills, health/nutrition, networking, special events, talk show, play productions, hair/fashion shows, concerts, kidz summits, and much more!

FYI: As, we ARE NOT a Talent Agency nor a Management Company but, a “Prevention and Intervention Program” designed for Students of Elementary, Middle, High School, High Functioning Special Needs and Parents to inspire, motivate and educate their understanding of life and it’s challenges.

Introducing solid tools to building strong self-esteem, and successful careers! Our Community Youth Outreach and Enrichment Programs also, visit schools, churches, organizations, etc., sharing powerful lectures, seminars and workshops given by our guest professionals and entrepreneurs! We are a proud and well respected Christian business with no color lines!

Extras: The Kidz Klub .Njc, was inspired by my Son a Young Talented Artist - Norvell JiFloyd!  Who has performed in many TV, Film, Theatre and Fashion Productions. He wanted to assist other Kidz like him, to learn more about self-development and life skills through performing arts and enrichment workshops! And how to earn income for college - while making friends and having fun!
