and self empowerment of families, children
and teens! Introducing solid tools to
building strong family ties, self-esteem,
successful careers and making a positive
impact on how our “Communities” think and
what they stand for!

Professionals, have worked together donating
time and efforts to bridge the gap! It is
our desire to create a New Awareness about
“Mentoring Our Youth, Domestic Violence and
Differences” in communities local and
abroad!
The Kidz Klub .Njc:
Mentoring Our Youth!
Inspired through the eyes of a Loving Son
and his desire to help his peers! Offering
creative enrichment workshops that range
from education, life skills and self
development to parent support, counseling,
and performing arts! While writing,
producing and directing fashion/talent
shows, events, kidz summits and then some!
The Floyd*Gladys Place
~ Domestic Violence
and Differences! A behavioral problem in
some relationships that can become verbally
or physically abusive! Most cases are never
reported or talked about! We offer a broad
range of hands on prevention/intervention
workshops, self love, anger/behavioral
management, issue/solutions, career
coaching, counseling, and much more!

He, raised $200.00 for the
children of Katrina and gave a well attended
party in their honor, feeding the homeless,
sick and shut in, reading to children,
donating toys, clothes and the spokesperson
of “Math Maze USA” for kidz!
Norvell Ji' Floyd, is a
gifted award winning actor/model/singer and
a well spoken young man!
He, is an inspiration to
many kidz in Los Angeles and abroad.
Founder/Educator:
She, is a motivational
speaker/educator spreading hope, faith,
prayer and patience the power with in!
Visiting schools, churches, organizations,
women jails and where she is lead to share!
Minnie Foxx, is a talented
award winning actress/model/singer!
Recently, Dubbed
“The Stunning Chanteuse” by
Vanity Fair Magazine! And is no stranger to
the “Red Carpets of Hollywood”!
Between Them: Having
been recognized with many
Performing Arts Awards and for
their Community Outreach efforts by various
organizations namely, LA City Mayor
Villaraigosa, Women Working Together Inc.,
and Dr. Cecil Murray, honored with
“The Woman Of Courage and
The Perseverance Awards” among
many others! Also,
2009 Community Service Award
from the Regional Black Chamber of Commerce,
LA City Mayor, Inglewood City Mayor and the
Senate 26th District!
